My name is Paul Damian Wells. I'm a Voter Advocate from Newberg, Oregon and this is my website. I have been actively involved in election reform since 1992 and most recently ran for Secretary of State in the May 2008 Primary.

     It's a "Trojan Horse", but I have nonetheless, decided to vote for Measure #65 (Open Primary) in the 2008 General Election.
